At Santa Says, we take the "Naughty or Nice" list very seriously, but we take your privacy even more seriously. Here is how we handle the information you entrust to the North Pole.

To create your personalized video, we collect the following "Magic Data":
- Recipient Details: Name, age, hobbies, achievements, and other personal details you provide for the script.
- Customer Information: Your email address and payment information (processed securely via Stripe).
- Usage Data: How you interact with our website to help us improve the workshop.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for the purpose of:
- Generating the personalized video message using our AI models.
- Delivering the video to your provided email address.
- Processing your payment and preventing fraud.
We DO NOT sell your personal data or your child's information to third-party advertisers.
3. AI Processing & Zero Retention Policy
The Magic Process: The text data you provide is processed by our AI partners to synthesize the video. These partners are bound by strict data confidentiality agreements and do not use your data to train their models.
STRICT NO-STORAGE POLICY:
We DO NOT STORE the information you provide nor the generated video files on our servers after delivery.
Once the magical video is generated and sent to your email, all personal data regarding the child (names, details, photos) and the video file itself are permanently deleted from our system. You are the sole keeper of the magic. Please ensure you download and save your video locally, as we cannot recover it once sent.
4. Children's Privacy
Our service is intended to be purchased and used by adults (parents, guardians, relatives). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any information about a child must be provided by a verified adult with the authority to do so.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) and secure servers to protect your Magic Data during the generation process. While no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we employ best practices to keep the Grinch out.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us. However, due to our Zero Retention Policy, we likely hold no data about your request after the transaction is complete.
